We’re proud to announce that we are taking part in the Edible Schoolyard project, in collaboration with Israeli chefs and Beit Chinuch Aviv, an anthroposophic school in Mikveh Israel. The communal garden will instill the values of sustainable and healthy nutrition in the school’s educational programs. It was a true pleasure working hand in hand with parents, teachers and students in setting up the garden, where children will learn about the importance of food and agriculture. Special thanks go to Alon Shepon, Yair Yosefi, Gil Erez, Orit Rozencweig, and Idan Elkayam, who are leading this unique project with great passion.
